Nicola is one of the most experienced UK Championship Judges of the Spinone having completed appointments at General, Group and Breed Championship Shows, the most prestigious of which was officiating over the breed at Crufts 2010, closely followed by the honour of an assignment judging the largest ever entry of Spinoni in the country's history at the National Breed Club Speciality in Pennsylvania, USA.  The following year Nicola judged at the Club Italiano Spinoni Championship in Castrocaro Terme, Northern Italy.

Nicola regularly judges Groups, Varieties & Best in Show at Open Show level with a special interest in the Gundog and Hound Groups.

Qualified Junior Handling Judge and Judge of Kennel Club YKC classes at YKC Summer Camp & Championship Shows

Nicola has been involved in Judges Education for many years having delivered Breed Club Seminars and mentored tutorial groups for Championship and Group Judges including the Kennel Clubs Judges Development Programme.
